Screen printed apparel has been pressed with extreme heat and care. To take care of its appearance, we recommend turning the garment inside out, machine wash cold with colours alike, and hang to dry or lay flat to dry.

Do not bleach, put in dryer, or iron over design.

Order Preparation:

All orders are prepared, packaged, and dispatched within 3 - 5 working days. During the holiday season, our production timeframe may increase to 5 - 10 working days.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to Canada and United States! 

Please ensure you provide your full and correct address. If mail is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for the reshipping costs.

What is your delivery time frame?

CA Orders:
Orders are dispatched within 3 - 5 working days. Sent via Canada Post

USA Orders:
Orders are dispatched within 3 - 5 working days. Sent via Canada Post, aiming for delivery within 14 - 28 working days from dispatch (not tracked).

For tracked packages, upgrade at checkout. You will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email. This service also aims for delivery within 14 - 28 working days from dispatch.

You may see a wide delivery time frame at checkout to account for potential customs delays at border control. However, most orders will arrive within the first half of the estimated window.

Do you offer free shipping?

We provide free shipping for orders over $80 CAN! The free shipping discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Customs and tax information:

Please be aware that customs duties may apply depending on your country's import rules. Local tax and customs fee may be applied to your order upon receipt. We’re afraid we cannot be held responsible for any local charges once the package has been shipped. 

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We can’t take responsibility for lost packages due to address errors, and refunds or replacements aren’t available for these cases.

If you need an item by a specific date, leave a note in the 'instructions for seller' box at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request! 

Our products are handmade to order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-damaged items.

However, we will replace any item that arrives damaged due to shipping. To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us via email, contact@brdesignsco.com or on instagram (@brdesignsco) within 2-3 working days and return the damaged item to us (please note we will not be held responsible for any shipping costs).
